What are Freckles in Quarantine Zone?
Freckles are a visual symptom within the game Quarantine Zone. There will be a large cumulation of spots on a survivor’s face.

I don’t know why freckles are a symptom in this game, because a ton of people in the world have them, and they in no way mean you are sick in real life. But in this game, it means they’re sick. But being sick is the safest thing they can be in this game aside from being symptom-free.
Freckles are always going to be on a survivor’s face.
And they aren’t always going to be, say, a dark brown coloration against someone’s skin. In fact, some freckles look like they’re glowing on a person’s skin.
I don’t understand it, because it doesn’t make sense when you witness it, but I guess it’s just an easier way to tell that they have freckles, instead of being unable to decipher them due to a skin tone incompatibility.
