Go meet the Wisp Mother
This quest is automatically given to you via a cutscene, I believe, after you finish one of the chapters.
The Wisp Mother will be at the top portion of the map, and if you haven’t cleared out all the shadows already, you might have to clear out a bit more to reach her.
You can’t miss her when you approach the area, she’s the tall lady–not to be confused with Lady Dimitrescu.
Speak with her to complete the quest.
