Start targeting the Skittering Crawlers along the shoreline in order to get their meat. Said item is not a 100% drop, so you’ll have to kill a good number of these guys probably.
The weirdest thing about the crawlers is they don’t drop the meat used for Cooking, nor do they drop clams. In fact, they’re better at dropping greys than anything useful.

“Cookie” is also a cook. I know, shocker, right? As such, he can teach you the Cooking profession. Something that I think everyone should pick up, because it’ll not only help you, but also make you a bit more money on the auction house in the end.
