These plans seem important. You should take them to Vindicator Aldar at the crash site.

It’s a shame that this isn’t an item that you can read. It would’ve been nice to actually know their plans. But, alas, the only thing you can do is pick up the quest after killing Candress in Blood Elf Spy and run back to Aldar to show him their dastardly deeds.
