The Bite Mark is a symptom within the game Quarantine Zone. It’s a visual of someone’s teeth having pierced the skin.

Bite Mark
A bite mark is one of the first visual symptom indicators you come across in the game, and they can be anywhere on the body, including underneath clothes,
Before you obtain the scanner tool, you only need to worry about looking at the exposed skin.
Once you get the scanner, however, you’ll need to search the body thoroughly for bites, as they can be on the arms, back, legs, feet–anywhere.
Sometimes they’re in super obvious places like smack dab in the middle of someone’s forehead and they’ll play it off saying there’s nothing wrong with them. I don’t know who they’re trying to kid, me or themselves.
Also, there was a woman that had like ten bite marks all over her.
She apparently became the lunch lady for zombies.
You’ll know it’s a bite mark by the shape of it being red and infected looking and the shape of someone’s teeth latching onto flesh. Think of a vampire bite from Twilight and there’s your visual.
Where do I send someone with a bite mark?
If someone has a bite mark, send them to Liquidation.
