There are 19 appearance symptoms you can visually see in the game Quarantine Zone, and here’s the list.
Appearance Symptoms
- Yellow Eyes (Sick) – The whites of their eyes will have a yellow coloration — Survivor’s Block
- Conjunctivitus (Sick/Infected) – Edges of their eyes have a red coloration, not completely red — Quarantine
- Red Eyes (Infected) – The whites of their eyes are completely red — Liquidation
- Freckles (Sick) – Colored specks littering a survivor’s face, can change color on skin tone — Survivor’s Block
- [Laboratory] Herpes (Sick) – Red rash marks on the skin that don’t have any zit-like bumps — Survivor’s Block
- [Laboratory] Skin Rash (Sick/Infected) – Red marks on the skin with raised bumps — Quarantine
- Red Skin (Sick) – A red tint to the face, a little easier to notice from the side — Survivor’s Block
- Pale Skin (Sick/Infected) – Skin will have a pale, ashen color, depending on skin tone — Quarantine
- Green Skin (Infected) – A greenish yellow shade of the skin, depending on skin tone — Liquidation
- Bruises (Sick) – Slight discoloration of the skin — Survivor’s Block
- Red Bruise (Sick/Infected) – Bruising of the skin with a red coloration — Quarantine
- Skin Cuts (Sick/Infected) – Somewhat lighter coloration of skin where small cuts show up (can be confused with mud and blood on the body) — Quarantine
- Bite Mark (Infected) – A red and inflamed human teeth mark — Liquidation
- Necrosis (Infected) – A black mark on the body — Liquidation
- Nose Bleed (Sick) – Blood dripping from the nostrils — Survivor’s Block
- Mouth Bleeding (Sick/Infected) – Blood seeping out of the mouth and down the chin — Quarantine
- [Laboratory] Eye Pus (Infected) – Green pus dripping from the eyes — Liquidation
- [Laboratory] Nose Pus (Infected) – Green pus dripping from a nostril — Liquidation
- Aggression (Sick/Infected) – They have an angry look on their face and say rude things (not always both) — Quarantine
