In case you didn’t know, this quest is initiated during the end of Hungry Gods, by choosing the second option on your way out of the cave.
Investigate the woman’s home
There are only two items to investigate:
The broken cart that has no hope of ever being used again, despite how we downplay what shape it’s in.
The basket that still holds the goods that were meant to go out via wagon.
Place the treasure from the cave in a basket nearby
The lady obviously needs help, and since we played the voice of Hermes, we can’t exactly disappoint her. So place the treasure into the basket in order to make that lady’s day.
