Absent Reflex is a symptom within the game Quarantine Zone. After being struck with the hammer, their limb barely flinches in response.

Absent Reflex
There are four different responses someone can have to being struck on the limbs with the hammer, and the absent reflex is the one you least need to worry about as it’s labeled under sick, not infected.
You can tell this is a symptom by the person barely moving when you hit them with the hammer. Trust me, normal people’s limbs will flinch, and you’ll be able to tell if they aren’t doing so in-game. If you’re having a hard time looking from the front, try watching their arm from the side instead.
And if you say, “But they aren’t moving!”
Well…that’s the point of an absent reflex.
Sometimes they’ll grunt if you strike them, and if they do, you can’t base this symptom off of that. They grunt or they don’t, but this is a purely visual symptom you’ll need to watch for.
Where do I send someone with an absent reflex?
If someone has absent reflex, they are fine for the Survivor’s Block.
