Mayor of Greater Marrow asked me to deliver a package to the Dockworker at Little Marrow, which is to the East.

Deliver the package to the Dockworker at Little Marrow.
You’ll need to speak with the Mayor first.
As soon as you get the package you should make your way east without bothering to stop for fish or anything. The more time that goes by, the more liable the package is to become a little worse for wear. If too much time has passed, he won’t pay you. But if you get it to Little Marrow fast, the Dockworker will pay you a small amount.
Whether the package is rotten or not, he’ll also give you a book titled Sustainable Fishing.
