The Bendy Plushie is one of the objects required to be placed in the pedestal room in order to fix the Ink Machine.
Exit the pedestal room and take the hall left of the Bendy cut-out. Continue along the connecting hallway and at the very end to the right the Bendy Plushie will be sitting in a chair, watching absolutely nothing play out on the projector screen. He’s looking extremely happy about it, so there’s that at least.
You’ll pass by Voice of Wally Franks audio log within the hallway. Also, there are three cans of Bacon Soup in the projector room, if you’re interested in chowing down on them.
To get back to the pedestal room, follow the hallway all the way to Bendy’s cut-out and it’s on the right.
Place him on the first pedestal on the left.
